We ship to every corner of India, ensuring reliable and timely delivery. Below are the details of our updated shipping policy:
- Processing and Dispatch: Orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours, Monday through Saturday. No shipping will be done on Sundays.
- Delivery Timeline: Prepaid orders are typically delivered within 10 business days from the order date. During sale periods, delivery may take up to 15 days.
- Shipping Charges: A flat fee of INR 150 applies to all domestic orders. For international customers, charges are based on the destination country.
- Delivery Location: Orders will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Please ensure the address is correct to avoid delays.
- Inspection and Packaging: All products are carefully inspected and packaged before being handed over to our trusted delivery partners.
- Order Sign-off: Deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If unavailable, an alternate person (family member, friend, neighbor, etc.) can sign on your behalf. Manohar Cloth House is not responsible for parcels signed by alternate persons.
- Tracking Orders: A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number (AWB) will be sent after dispatch to track your shipment.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Currently, we do not offer COD services.
